The Web Governance Data Privacy add-on is a a scan-based feature that lets you demonstrate your efforts to make your website compliant with local regulations.
The scan automates the management of personal data of the website text (as opposed to HTML), and uses Google’s Data Loss Prevention API to analyze the data that has been included in the scan. Once the scan is done, the website data is sent directly to Google’s API for analysis.
The Data Privacy feature does the scan on domains to identify potential data privacy issues. View the scan results by severity level and the number of pages affected by the issue.
