Your accessibility compliance score can change when the scanning method is changed or when you change the level of compliance.
When you change the scan method of your domain from one accessibility guideline to another, or when the scan is updated by Web Governance for new and improved reliability, a dashed orange line appears on your compliance score charts. This indicates that the results of the success criteria for the new method are measured by a different standard, and the pass/fail criteria of the two methods may impact your compliance score.
The line occurs on the date of the next scan after the change takes place, and indicates on the left side the previous score and on the right side the new score.
