Cloud IDE uses tabs to help you differentiate each of your open files. Each
new file that you open will cause a new tab to appear in the Editor pane.
Example of a new tab
Previewing a tab
If you want to browse several files for specific content, but don’t want to
open each visited file in its own separate, new tab, you can click a file in
the Explorerview to display the file in preview mode.
When you select a file for preview, Cloud IDE will display the page title in
italics.
File opened in preview mode
If you either double-click the file in the Explorer view or edit the file,
Cloud IDE will dedicate the tab to the file and remove it from preview mode.
