The Color menu provides the option to choose a color from your Color palette or use a specific color from the Color picker. If a color is selected from the palette, it can be managed globally. This means the color can be changed within the Color palette and the change will be applied to all styles using the color.
If a color is applied using the Color picker, the color is not managed globally and only applies in the single instance.
