Personalization includes the Content by content title detail report with counts of content view events organized by the content titles most viewed by visitors from the past 30 days. By default, this table counts only content view events.

Running the report

To run the report:

• Sign in to Personalization and in the top menu, click Analyze. The Analytics Views page opens.
• Click Content to expand the list of available reports.

• Click Content by content title to display the report’s filter settings.

  By default, the Content by content title report is pre-configured with the following filters and settings:

  • Customer Site is any value
  • Date is in the past 30 days
  • Event Name is equal to Content View
  • Content Type is any value
  • Content Section is any
• To compile the report with the default filter settings, click Run.

To view basic analytics information, from the report section in the table, click the

From the Content by content title report, click the report title or Explore From Here

Alternately, you can click Event Counts by Content Title in the table. Both options open the Explore page and display the Profiles section for the Content by content title report.
